Refund Policy

No refunds after delivery

Once an eSIM has been successfully issued or delivered, all sales are considered final. We do not provide refunds for:

• Purchasing the wrong destination.
• Purchasing the wrong plan size.
• Purchasing the wrong validity period.
• Changing travel plans.
• Device incompatibility when the customer did not verify compatibility before purchase.
• Failure to install the eSIM because installation instructions were not followed.
• Unused or partially used data.
• Expired eSIM plans.
• Accidental purchases.
• Duplicate purchases made by the customer.
• Dissatisfaction caused by local carrier speeds, network congestion, or coverage limitations where service is available.

Before you purchase

Customers are responsible for confirming:

• Their device supports eSIM.
• Their device is unlocked.
• They selected the correct destination.
• They selected the correct data plan.
• Their travel dates match the plan validity.

When we will help

If an eSIM cannot be delivered because of a verified technical issue caused by Buy Before You Fly or our fulfillment partner, our support team will investigate the issue and work to resolve it.

If we determine that an eSIM cannot be delivered or activated due to a verified system error on our side, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Replace the eSIM.
• Issue store credit.
• Issue a refund where appropriate.

Chargebacks

Customers should contact Buy Before You Fly before initiating a payment dispute with their card issuer. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension from future purchases.
