Arrivals follow a single linear route through passport control (if arriving from non-Schengen flights), baggage reclaim, customs inspection, and into the main public arrivals hall.

• Deboard the aircraft and follow signs for Baggage Reclaim and Exit.
• Passengers arriving on non-Schengen flights pass through passport control before entering the main international baggage area.
• Proceed to the main baggage reclaim hall on the ground level to collect checked luggage.
• Pass through Norwegian Customs choosing the Green Channel if you have nothing to declare, or the Red Channel if you carry goods exceeding duty-free allowances or restricted items.
• Exit into the main public arrivals hall on the ground floor, where ground transport and services are located.

Oslo Airport supports both domestic-to-international and international-to-domestic transfers within its single terminal layout.

• Passengers transferring from a domestic flight to an international flight can proceed directly through the departure gate area.
• Passengers on select international arrivals transferring to domestic flights may use the Simplified Transfer scheme without collecting checked luggage, subject to airline eligibility.
• Non-Schengen to Schengen transfers require passing through passport control and security rescreening.
• If luggage is not checked through to the final destination, passengers must collect bags, clear customs, and re-check them at the departure hall desks.
