Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is located roughly halfway between the cities of Dallas and Fort Worth in Texas. The airport comprises five semi-circular terminals (A, B, C, D, and E) situated along a central north-south highway corridor. It serves as a major international hub for North America as well as extensive global and domestic routes.

- Handles domestic flights operated primarily by American Airlines.

- Serves American Eagle regional flights and provides direct access to TEXRail trains.
- Terminal C
- Exclusively handles domestic flights operated by American Airlines.

Ankunft
All international passengers arriving at DFW process primary passport control and customs clearance at Terminal D before reaching the public arrivals area or connecting flights.
- Disembark and follow international arrival signage toward the U.S. Customs and Border Protection inspection hall.
- Present passport, valid visa or ESTA approval, and entry documentation at primary passport control.
- Collect all checked luggage from designated carousels in the international baggage reclaim area.
- Pass through U.S. customs inspection with collected bags.
- If connecting to another flight, re-check bags at the transfer counters immediately after customs; otherwise exit into the public arrivals hall.

Umsteigen & Verbindungen
DFW provides seamless transfer options airside (post-security) and landside (pre-security) across all five terminals.
- Use the free automated Skylink train past security to move between any terminals within 10-15 minutes.
- If arriving on an international flight, you must clear customs and TSA security before accessing the Skylink train.
- Landside transfers prior to security screening are served by free Terminal Link shuttle buses running outside the terminals.
- Allow at least 90-120 minutes for international-to-domestic transfers due to passport control and re-screening requirements.
