We collect the minimum needed to deliver your eSIM and support you afterwards.
What we collect
Your email address, order details and basic technical data such as device type and browser. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
How we use it
To deliver your eSIM QR code, provide support, prevent fraud and — only with your consent — send occasional travel tips and offers.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use first-party HTTP cookies for ordinary browsing. We use browser storage technologies (localStorage and sessionStorage) only where necessary: to remember your language choice, keep your eSIM compatibility-checker state during a session, save Side Quest progress, and power the travel assistant panel. These are stored on your device and are not sent to our servers automatically. When you make a purchase, Stripe, our payment processor, may place cookies on stripe.com to process payment securely and prevent fraud. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. You can clear these technologies at any time through your browser settings.
Sharing
We share order data with LuxEmit, our eSIM technology provider, and with our payment processor. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time via our support page.
